- Do you have Cash on delivery option ?
- Yes COD option is now available .
- Do you have other options of payment other than credit card / debit card
- Yes, you can pay using PAYTM or NEFT . Select Manual Payment method while creating the order . You can transfer payment using PAYTM at 9686966553 . For NEFT you can call us and we will give you details.
- Please send us a mail at orders@genzeeonline.in with all the details once the payment is done .
- How long can I take to make payment by Manual method
- You can take till 24 hours after placing the order . We will reserve your order for that time period. We will cancel the order after that .
- Do you charge for shipping ?
- We provide free shipping for all orders above Rs 1000 value. Below that value , we will charge Rs 40 per order
- Can I place the order online , come to store , make payment and pick it up
- Yes you can. Choose Pick up in Store in shipping method .
- Choose manual payment in payment method if you want to pay in store.
- Can I return the product if I do not like it ?
- Yes , we have a 10 day return policy . You can return the product within 10 days after receiving the product , provided the product is, unused, in good condition and tag has not been removed.
- Will I get full refund if I initiate return within 10 days of receiving the product ?
- Yes , we will provide full refund once the return is initiated within the stated time period .
- How do I return the product?
- You can arrange to return by yourself and email the tracking number to us .
- You can also request a return pickup by clicking on return orders on the web portal.
- Can I initiate a return from the Mobile App ?
- No, you will need to log into a genzee web portal , either on phone, tab , or desktop to do that
- Where can I check size of the product
- Size of each product is available with description of each product.
