Cancellation and refund


  • In the event, the Customer intends to cancel his/her order, he/she shall communicate  before the order is shipped by GENZEE .

 

  • Upon receipt of such request, Genzee shall send a confirmation e-mail initiating the cancellation and refund.

 

  • For payments made by the Customer through credit card or debit card, Genzee shall raise a request with its respective payment gateway service provider within 3  working days and the refund amount will be refunded to the appropriate credit card/debit card account of the Customer after deduction of service charges.

 

  • For payments made by the Customer through his/her e-wallet account, Genzee shall credit the refund amount to the e-wallet account of the Customer.

 

  • Under no circumstances shall Genzee accept a request for cancellation and refund that is received beyond the Cancellation and Refund Period.
