Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with GENZEE. We are committed to providing you with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. This shipping policy outlines our shipping and delivery practices to ensure transparency and clarity.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer shipping through a third party partner, a logistic aggregator Ship Rocket for your convenience across India and other parts of the world, wherever we serve.

You will have to provide the correct details of the recipient's name with complete address, nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number for hassle-free delivery.

Delivery Time frames across India are approx 3 to 10 business days and other parts of the world is 7 to 15 business days.

Please note that delivery time frames are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 business days. .

Shipping Costs

In India all orders above Rs 1000 are free. We charge Rs 50 inclusive of GST for orders below Rs 1000 in India.

Shipping costs for shipping outside India is Rs 499 per order.

Order Tracking

 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information generated by our partner. You can track your order's status by using that tracking number. You are expected to cooperate with the courier agent to ensure smooth and safe delivery.

Shipping outside India

We will be shipping products outside India to countries, which are supported as marketplace by our website only.

Current Marketplace supported outside India are 

1) USA

Address Accuracy

  • It is essential to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses due to your error.
  • Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your order.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Once an order is scheduled for shipping, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

Lost or Damaged Items

You must reject the package if the package is found to be tampered. It should be reported to us through phone/email.

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide a suitable resolution.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

  • Our logistics Partner will make total 3 attempts to deliver the product in case the recipient is not available at the address during his visit. In case the recipient is not reachable/available after these 3 attempts, the product will be returned to us.
  • If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address), the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment and payment.

My daughter loved the beige skirt. Well fit for her. To make it a more complete outfit, the skirt can have belt loops and bit of elastic in the back to have a very comfortable fit and can be worn for longer time.

We were promised for 20% discount on complete bill actually 10 % was provided on 2 garments and remaining 10% on other 2 garments. So we got partial discount.
When we complained about this, the counter lady started arguing. Later she accepted her mistake.
